On the front cover of the obituary program template it says “A Chapter Ended” and there is room for a photograph of the person whom you are honoring. The front cover of the memorial program template also has a place to add his or her name and dates of birth and death. On the back cover of the memorial service program template is a poem, acknowledgments and details about the location of the service.
